GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These General Terms of Trade adjust realization of the goods delivery by Company KREIBICH kožešiny&rukavice, Michalská 14, 110 00 Praha 1, IČ: 16177215, DIČ: CZ471028178, further referred to as a seller.

SUBJECT OF THE PERFORMANCE

Subject of the Performance of these General Terms of Trade is receiving orders via internet and a realization of the orders made by the buyers.

ORDERING METHOD VIA INTERNET

After choosing the goods, filling in the personal details and sending the order, your electronic order becomes subject to a bilateral obligation after receiving an electronic confirmation (via internet) to an e-mail address, mentioned in your order. These goods will be delivered according to undermentioned terms of delivery.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

We usually send our goods within 3 days. If the consignment returns because of not being collected, customer will be informed and asked whether another sending is required. If so, customer is asked to note that a double price of postage will be charged.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDERED GOODS

Express parcel service - PPL Company will be used for delivering your goods to the address mentioned in your order.
Personal pickup - you can collect your goods in the shop Michalská 14, Prague 1. Information about Acceptance of the Ordered Goods will be either sent by e-mail or you will be called.
Czech Mail service - Czech Mail will be used for delivering your goods to the address mentioned in your order.

PAYMENT

By COD - the goods will be sent by COD to the address mentioned in your order.
By bank account transfer - if you choose this method, a bank account number and a variable code for identification of your order will be sent to your e-mail address.
In cash - possible when collecting your goods personally in the shop Michalská 14, Praha 1.

ORDER RECLAMATION

We are fully responsible for defect in manufacture and damages caused during the delivery. Customer is obliged to check whether content of the parcel conforms to the invoice or receipt. If incompatibility occurs, parcel can be refused. In case the Order Reclamation will not be handed over within 7 working days, the order is considered as a correct one. Order Reclamation will be settled within 7 working days. You are reminded to return a tax document as well.
