Shopping - it is so easy!
Using our e-shop www.kreibich.cz is really very simple.
1) Goods Ordering
If you decide to buy some goods, click on its name or button "Order". In a new window, please choose amount, size and a code for certain colour (see list of colours and their codes). To confirm your choice, please click on "Shopping basket" (at the bottom). It is possible to choose and put into the shopping basket as many items as you like. Whole sum of money of the chosen goods is shown in the right top corner (delivery and packaging included). Items in your shopping basket are interchangable and you can also take them away from your shopping basket. To finish your shopping, click on "Cash desk" in the right top corner. Fill in a new window with your personal details which are required for delivery itself.

After checking your chosen items and address, click on "Send" and - THAT IS IT! You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation in a few minutes.

Delivery conditions:
There is a time limit for making each item. In case the goods are in the store, we will send you your order within 3 days. If you order items with different time limits, please note that your order will be sent when complete. The goods will be delivered by PPL company following day. You will be informed by e-mail. Personal pickup is also available at Michalská 14, 110 00 Praha 1.

Personal details protection:
Personal details are protected according to the law (see Terms of Trade) and will not be given to any other subject.

Reclamation:
Equal reclamation conditions are valid for both types of shops - e-shop and a store according to Civil and Commercial Code. Goods ordered and bought via www.kreibich,cz have a 2 - year guaranty from the date of purchase.
